Yesterday I made the Beef Pot Roast which is a regular here. I noticed for the first time the Instant Pot Pork Pot Roast Recipe. I just made it. Like most Amy + Jacky recipes, it is great! Another keeper.

I use a stovetop presto 6 qt, and am making this now a second time.

There is a bit of prep work with the cutting and all, but this is an _astonishingly_ fast pork butt recipe, very tasty, with veggies even (?). It’s on our regular rotation now

We just made this tonight and it was absolutely delicious!! It for sure took alot of time and effort but it was worth every min. I did add my Mrs. Dash Garlic Herb to the meat. I also had to add an additional 5 mins and I let the second round depressure for 17 minutes because my cut of pork roast was a bit on the tougher side. The layers of flavor and gravy were amazing! Chefs kiss💋 I will be making this again and again. Thank you

I defrosted a pork shoulder and was planning to make pulled pork. I decided I did not feel like that so went looking for a recipe. I did not have mushrooms, instead I sauteed diced onions. Otherwise I made as described. It was very flavourful and came together very quickly. I will make this again with mushrooms.

I have a crockpot brand pressure cooker.
I’ve made this recipe many times and it never disappoints. Didn’t have shrooms so used a yellow onion in its place and it was great. Had 6 mouths to feed so used a 3 lb roast and upped the broth to 1.5 cups and kept everything else the same.

After naturally releasing pressure for 10 minutes, make sure to manually release the remaining pressure before opening carefully.

This recipe is perfection. I have used it successfully with pork loin and roast. Definitely brown your mushrooms as directed for the most luscious outcome. Do yourself a favor and try this wonderful recipe.

Easy recipe and making it as I write. Maybe you can add additional info for serving size if cooking for 5 or more instead of just 4. I know I can do the math, but other sites make it easy for you.
