These ip pork chops are so good and cook only 0 minutes. They are always completely done and perfect. We love us some gravy and this gravy is amazing.

I have two chops, double thick though, same weight as the recipe (2lbs). Do I need any adjustment on the cook time? Will a 0 cook with 8 mins NR cook a double cut to medium-well?

We just had the recipe for lunch. It tastes delish! My family loves it. I substituted the mushrooms with diced potatoes & I’m sure it is equally good as mushrooms. It is simple & cooking time is a breeze.
