Proportions and cooking time is correct. I suggest adding a half tablespoon of olive oil. I like to use the infused oils for this.

We don’t eat rice often enough to warrant a separate rice cooker in our kitchen. This recipe is our go to when long grain rice is on the menu. Whether an Asian inspired dish or our beef roast with rice and gravy – it’s perfect every time. Do the rinse. Do the time. Do the fluff (we do the salt). Awesome!
