Without a doubt, this makes the BEST pot roast! My friends rave about the flavor and tenderness of the meat. It’s my go to pot roast recipe. Just delicious!

Wow, I finally made Amy&Jacky instant pot pot roast, it is so good. If you have not tried it you need to. Thank you Amy & Jacky for working so hard on your exceptional recipes. I was a little lazy on my presentation skills, had my sixteen year old who could not wait to gobble it up.

What an excellent recipe. I followed the instructions exactly (something I very seldom do) and it was amazing. Very detailed and super easy to follow recipe. What is even better is the roast. Absolutely melt in your mouth with a super delicious gravy. Thank you so much for sharing this treasure with us.

We made this recipe last night, and it’s so good that I’m eating it for breakfast this morning. Thank you!!
My husband is Cambodian so we like mixing umami elements into dishes you wouldn’t expect them to be in. Your recipe had that from the start, so we just followed it almost exactly (we did sear the meat in a cast iron so i could sauté the mushrooms, onions, and garlic in the insta-pot to save time).
Thank you again for the great recipe!! I could just drink this gravy, it’s so flavorful.

Sunday roast for baby! The beef was GONE so quickly. I used my instant pot for a relatively hands-off meal so I could keep an eye on my speed crawler! Adult dinner to follow… for now, just a glass of red wine for this mama after a *day* of adjusting baby to daylight savings.
