Another win! Thank you for taking out all the guesswork and giving precise instructions. These were delicious. We even crisped these up in the oven. I usually overcook in the microwave. Doing again for Christmas dinner. Happy December Amy and Jacky.

I wasn’t going to post this BUT the baked potato, 28 min and ten natural release (7″) turned out perfectly. Fussy Micky said without prompting “This is a really tasty potato.”. He did not know how I had prepared it.

🥔 Baked potatoes🥔 are one of my favorite things in the whole wide world. The best potatoes in SF are from the House of Prime Rib. Here’s our attempt to recreate a dinner from there, loaded potato and all!

Dinner tonight! Burgers and Amy and Jacky’s instant pot baked potatoes. They turned out so fluffy and perfect! We like ours with butter, cheddar, sour cream, green onion, and parsley.

The steamer basket is included with the Instant Pot Pro Crisp or Instant Pot Duo Crisp.
Alternatively, a silicone steamer basket is pretty non-stick as well.

I would like to find the non-stick steamer basket (metal?) that you have in IP baked Potato recipe under step 2. It does not match the link and it looks ideal. Excellent recipes! Thankyou.

I did make the potato before your answer, and it was perfect for me. My husband thought it could have been “softer.” But it was fork tender for me. OK. I will increase the time next time by 1 – 2 minutes. Thank you!
