I made stock from leftover bone-in turkey thighs (not smoked) and used that and added the turkey meat to cook the beans. Along with cumin, I love toasting coriander seeds and then grinding them, providing a distinctive flavor that pairs well with the cumin. This will be one of the sides for our 4th of July taco party. Looking forward to sharing them with everyone!
Btw, I use a Moosoo 6 qt PC that Iām quite happy with.
