With an inability to handle any overly spicy food I replaced the jalapeños with mild green chilies for taste and added green bell peppers to keep the look and texture, reduced the chili powder. Awsome looking and taste. I know you perfect a recipe before posting which is why the final product is so good every time.5 stars

Use of soy sauce, fish sauce, and cocoa powder is brilliant.
