This was was close to what I was looking for (trying to replicate a local restaurant).
I used chicken legs and thighs instead since I couldn’t find beef finger at the supermarket. I doubled the amount of potatoes.
Incase someone wants to replicate with fresh chicken: I cooked at 12m on high pressure + 10m natural release which overcooked the chicken (but not dry at all, super tender like brisket), however, it fell apart too much (shredded) and lacked some body (although my husband loved it like this). I would recommend 8m high pressure. Thank you!5 stars

I’ve been making Indian Curries since the 1970s & learned from an Indian chef in England. Have added Thai Curries to my home menu in recent years.

I made only slight changes. No fresh shallots on hand so I chopped up a red onion. I added a couple of sliced carrots with the potato.
I used the recommended Rani Curry powders & the Chu Hou sauce.
Definitely gave it the flavor profile described in the recipe.

My husband, my tester, said it was a home run!

I’m new to IP and I have followed a handful of your recipes by now, and my family now thinks I’m a great cook! lol This recipe was easy to follow, but I didn’t use the curry powder because I didn’t have it, but I had a small can of curry paste and I used that instead. And next time I’ll definitely buy the beef finger meat instead of the precut beef stew meat from Costco. Thank you for your easy to follow recipes!5 stars

I followed @pressurecookrecipes and used my Instant Pot, and it turned out amazing! I left the tendon in there for longer (another 20 min) to make sure it was extra tender, and I added another can of coconut milk cuz I like it creamy.5 stars
