I made this last night and it was delicious! The broth is rich and flavorful. Love the star anise. I used fresh linguine noodles and added them with the bok choy to save a step and extra cooking.

Hi, if we do not have a scale to measure the 2 pieces of ginger (6.5 g), how much would each piece measure. e.g. 1 inch long? thank you
