Love your site and recipes and how much research, trial and error you put into every recipe. The work you previously did must have been incredibly stressful. Amy I’m so sorry to learn that you suffer from tinnitus. That must be awful. Hopefully one day there will be a cure. And Jacky I’m so glad you survived that terrible accident.

You write that “Pressure Cook Recipes is not just a recipe food blog. This is our little place to share our lives and memories with you.” I wonder where you two live and find it interesting and a bit strange that you are so secretive about where you live currently. You’ve shared where you lived growing up, but not where you are now. Why is that? I follow a number of pressure cooking bloggers and each of them has shared where they live – but you two, I haven’t a clue.

I just wanted to tell you both how much I love your recipes. I have shared them with many friends and family. I also enjoy reading your backstory. The first time I read it, I did not have tinnitus. The second time I read it (today) I do! I am always so thankful to “meet” others who suffer from this and realize that it does not have to define your life. I hope you all have an amazing year and I’ll be cooking your stuff! 🙂

Are you referring to the Anova Precision oven? We do have one and use it quite frequently! (Love it)

Hi, hope my question is relevant to your site, I used to own a Philips pressure cooker and recently added a Anova Precision cooker to my collection. I found this equipment to be versatile cos it can cook, bake, fry and steam. Do you by chance ever try with this equipment. If so, kindly share your views, recipe to us members.
