Excellent ground beef chili recipe. With an inability to handle any overly spicy food I replaced the jalapeños with mild green chilies for taste and added green bell peppers to keep the look and texture, reduced the chili powder. Awsome looking and taste. I know you perfect a recipe before posting which is why the final product is so good every time.

I found the recipe labor intensive, but if you have the time like I did, it’s very good. Do make sure to read and follow the tips because they are super helpful with this recipe.

I had a 4# chuck roast, followed the recipe for 3# (added a little beer to it however.) and sliced 1# and marinated it in lime juice, cumin and oregano for Arrachera tacos later in the week!

Pot in Pot method is brillant! While I understand the concept, I’d love to see more than the six or so recipes offered in this article. Often times when I want to do pot in pot a recipe has different pressure times. Any advice? Thank you so very much for “Amy + Jacky” !!!
